Shorei-Ryu Karate

Shorei-Ryu Karate is one of the forms of martial arts at Nick Tarpein’s.  This style of Karate develops skills quickly in self defense and agility.  You will experience increased energy, unbelievable flexibility and look better within a few short weeks! The self confidence you gain will follow you home, to work and even influence your social life!
The self-defense you will learn may someday keep you safe!


Ju-Jitsu

Ju-Jitsu is an important part of the Nick Tarpein program for women.  This training will allow you the opportunity to get away should you be dragged to the ground.  Nick feels very strongly that all women have some Ju-Jitsu training, especially young women.  The benefit of this discipline is an intense workout that burns calories and tones the entire body.

Fitness Kick Boxing

Fitness Kick Boxing is a fun and great way to take your body to the next level of fitness!  This high-energy workout to music keeps your heart rate up, burns calories and tones problem areas like the buttocks and waistline.  One of the most popular classes we offer and defiantly one of the most fun!

Weight Room

Weight Room is available for use to all our adult members.  It is a complete gym that will increase your strength training and add muscle to your body.  You will never need another gym membership again!
