Shorei-Ryu Karate is one of the styles of Martial Arts. This style of karate utilizes movement and discipline of all areas of the upper and lower body, creating muscle, speed and agility. You will experience an improved appearance, stamina and confidence. Your self defense ability will continuously increase with training and you will experience the rush that comes with knowing you can defend yourself and anyone with you.
Ju-Jitsu is a Brazilian style of ground wrestling. By training in Ju-Jitsu, you will experience a strong aerobic workout that will increase your speed and strength. This training will enable you to dominate any ground assault. It enhances your self-defense ability and keeps your body lean and fit.
Kick Boxing is a great cardio workout and a passion for Master Tarpein. You will train in an actual regulation kickboxing ring for the full effect! Your entire body strength will be incredible and your speed will increase. You can just watch the muscle replace fat when you study this discipline!
Weight Room is available to all adult students to use. They have Olympic free weights as well as weight machines and you’ll never need another gym membership again! As has a bonus parents can use the weight room free of charge at anytime!
